How Do I Use Coupon Codes On My Order?

Coupon codes are special offers from Golden Lighting and Golden Lighting Outlet. These Coupon Codes will typically need to manually entered at check out.  We recommend copying the coupon code that you intend to use and then pasting it into the coupon code field during checkout.

Unless specifically stated that the offer is auto-applied at checkout - then no further action is needed other than meeting the purchasing requirements.

Having trouble with using a manual coupon code on your order? Walk through the following steps.

1. After adding your desired products, review your items on the cart page. This page can be accessed by clicking on the cart icon at the top right-hand corner of the website.

(The cart icon is available to click no matter what page you are currently on.)

2. On the cart page, select the blue CHECKOUT button. You will be taken to the checkout page.

3. Enter your coupon code in the coupon field on this second page. We recommend copying and pasting your code into the field. If a valid and qualifying coupon code is entered, pricing for your order will automatically update.

If your code is rejected, double-check to ensure you are following the coupon code's parameters, such as minimum required purchase amount and that you are not applying more than one coupon code offer to your order.

Continue filling out your shipping information. Review your information before continuing on to the payment page and finalizing your order.

Why Didn't My Coupon Work?

Open Box items are typically excluded from coupons and discounts, unless specifically stated. Additional products may be subject to exclusion. Always check your cart to see if the coupon is applied.

Note: Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offer, therefore, multiple coupon codes on the same item or cart are not permitted.

If you have confirmed that your item is not excluded, that the coupon code is spelled correctly, and that you only have one coupon applied in your cart, but you’re still getting an error, please email marketing@goldenlighting.com so we can address your issue, and/or complete your order over the phone.

What Is Your Return Policy?

All of our products come with a 1-year limited warranty. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact our Customer Service Team at 800-277-0979 or email cs@goldenlighting.com, immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Where applicable, products are supported with parts replacements.

Do You Sell Parts?

If you ordered your product from our Outlet Site (www.GoldenLightingOutlet.com) and need a replacement part within 1 year of purchase, simply contact our Customer Service at 800-277-0979 or email cs@goldenlighting.com, with your order number, product item number (SKU) and a description of the needed part or an image.

Do You Offer Payment Plans?

Yes, we do. You can divide your cart total into 4 equal payment installations with Shop Pay when you checkout. This feature is applicable for carts valued between $50 and $3,000 USD, which includes discounts, shipping, and taxes.

What Is Shop Pay?

Shop Pay is a program provided by Shopify in partnership with Affirm. With Shop Pay there are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees, and there is no penalty to pay off your balance early. As a Bonus, your credit score is not affected when you use Shop Pay Installments for any order.

 

Can I Pick Up an Online Order?

Yes, so long as you selected Local Pickup as a shipping option. Local Pickup orders can be picked up at our warehouse in Tallahassee, FL by appointment only. Please see "Where Is Your Warehouse Located" FAQ below for our full address. Call our customer service team to schedule a pick-up time for your order. Please note, local pick-up services at our facilities open at 9 am and close at 5 pm, M-F. Pick-up on weekends is not available.

How Much Is Shipping?

Local Pickup in Tallahassee, FL is always free. To ensure your Local Pickup order is processed and fulfilled without issue, please enter either your home address or the business address (3121 Hartsfield Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32303) in the Shipping field during Checkout. Then select Local Pickup on the Shipping page during checkout.

If you'd like an item shipped directly to your door, please refer to the shipping total shown in your shopping cart.

Shipping is only supported within the contiguous United States. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside of US (Including Canada and Mexico). 

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Package?

Packages will ship within 48 hours. Expect your package to arrive in 3-7 days for standard delivery methods.

What Is an Open-Box or Refurbished Fixture?

The items sold on our Outlet site as Open Box have been returned by customers who purchased the item through one of our retailers. Should a customer decide that they do not want the item, they can submit a request to return the item without cause.

In order to receive authorization to return the item, the customer must verify that the wires have not been cut and the fixture has never been installed. Upon receipt of the product, our Returns Team verifies that the fixture has not been used, damaged, or wires cut and installed. It is our policy to open and inspect each returned product box to ensure that the item is in good condition. In certain cases, we may place the fixture into a new box before listing online.

Therefore, Open Box products must meet rigorous standards before being reintroduced to our site for online purchase. You can shop Open Box items with the security of knowing that they have all been examined, refurbished, and include a one-year limited warranty.

Are Open-box Items Covered Under Your Warranty?

Yes, all items have a One-Year Limited Warranty, including open-box products.

How Do I Know if an Item is Open Box?

Open Box fixtures have an Open Box title in Bold that comes before the product description on each Product Page.

If you are browsing all products then you can filter for only Open Box items using the filter "Condition" and selecting "Open Box".

Do You Accept Returns?
